A very good Company at aquiss you get what you pay for

This ISP is unbelievable,your techy questions are answered within
2 minutes on their board by Admin.They also answer the telephone
quickly on a 0845 number,no Indian call centre here.
Their usage allowances are some of the most generous among all ISP`s
and get this over 300gb off peak allowance as well and the icing
on the cake is their off peak hours are all weekend as well as the normal 10pm-6am mon to fri. FANTASTIC.
I have been getting some of the best speeds i have ever had on the
MAX service.

Been with Aquiss for about 3 months, only one problem so far which was down to a blown circuit at the exchange, which was sorted out within 3 days, mainly due to support getting onto it so quickly. Contacting support is like contacting a family member, really pleasant to speak to on the phone, which makes a lot of difference these days especially when dsl companies are trying hand over fist to keep customers. All in all great company and comes along with a excellent community via a forum.

Having found Aquiss many months ago I can look at then and now.
Then, all great, massivley quick support excellent (if somewhat abrupt sometimes) and no extras.
Now, support has not changed (thankfully,) many things being created and customer access being massivley improved, biggest thing holding them back is Enta and their temporarily permanent decision to not provide the Max products / bandwidth they are supposed to have or are paid for.

Great support. Great speeds 99% of the time. (10pm is still a bit of a hit on speeds (but at least there is no packet loss now!) A welcoming change from the rest of the cowboy ISP\\\'s out there who are only interested in money and not investing in their company.

It is so refreshing, and VERY strange, to be able to pick up a phone before you join, talk to the MD of the company, even after I stuffed up registration Martin bent over backwards to sort it out, ALL the staff reguarly post in the forums, not just the boring stuff, like updates, but join in regular chats and banter too.

I have NEVER had such a solid connection, never!!! no disconnects since I joined them, customer service is above and beyond the call of duty, the prices are very fair indeed, compare their Office 45 @ ?32.99 to plusnets top package @ ?39.99.

I chose Aquiss due to them being number one in the Top 10 at the time, and the comments about their great service.

Since early this year they have no longer been able to accept monthly direct debit payments, and the alternative solution they implemented was very poorly set up and communicated.

I struggle with this solution as I am often travelling, so remembering to go and manually pay is inconvenient - ultimately this has led to me being cut off from the service (although I was late paying I still paid before the final deadline they gave, but to no avail).

If you can handle the stress and hassle of paying manually then good luck...

This is my first broadband with a new laptop.Although I can surf the web and send emails I know nothing about how computers work. Martin at Aquiss got me onto broadband quickly and sorted out all my many problems including compatability going well beyond the call of duty-great service, great support.
