I have had BRSK for just over 6 months now. Still as happy as the day I got it. We have had one message about a possible outage but it never went off it was all fine. The support, I am super impressed with. When I have rang customer service, my call always gets answered first time, no need to wait in a queue and none of this...press 1 for... press 2 for....! I have also emailed a couple of times and received a reply swiftly, can't really ask for much more than that!.

Speed wise, I am on the highest but we use a LOT of devices. We have consoles, firesticks, laptops, home security etc all running at once and never any problem with speeds. The upload speed is phenomenal!


At the moment I know other internet providers are currently raising their prices. I used this as a get out clause last time with my previous provider. They sent me an email telling me of the price increases and in the small print it said you could cancel your contract and walk away for free instead of accepting the price increase. I highly recommend watching out for this email or just contacting them and telling them you do not want the increase if you are looking at a way to leave your contract early.

Thankfully, BRSK do not raise their prices during your contract...Big bonus.

I have been using BRSK for about a year now, they are amazing.

Their packages are very affordable and offer fast symmetrical speeds.

Overall they are awesome - So good you could probably run a home server off it for something like a website, they have plenty of bandwidth

Their latency is also next to nothing, I average 2-5ms.

Brsk sign up process was easy, next working day installation and the 1gig speeds are genuine. I get full speeds hard wired through ethernet cables and use my own mesh/access points and wifi hovers around 500-600mbps, really happy as upload speeds are the same. Highly recommend Brsk.

I've been on BRSK for about 3 months now after switching from Virgin Media, and I have nothing but praise for the company and service. I had an issue where the internet wasn't working at all, and within 90 minutes BRSK had identified and rectified the problem and kept me informed of what was going on too.

The installation was provided by a gentleman from a company called Nano I believe, but he seemed knowledgeable and was polite.

The cost of the service I am receiving is £12.50 for 3 months, and then £25 a month thereafter, so a big drop in price from my previous Virgin Media.

Overall I would definitely recommend BRSK to anyone, the only downfall seemingly is that they are not in every area.
