Unlike most 5 star reviews on here, this review is not based on a typical experience. I had an issue with my service so I raised a complaint, unfortunately my complaint did originally go unanswered so following BRSK's complaint policy which is clearly set out on their website I escalated my complaint.
This time I received a very swift response which started by apologising for not responding to my original complaint within their advised time window, and what followed was a willingness to listen.
In the end the person dealing with my issue, Wayne offered and helped swiftly implement a solution that I was more than happy with and truly shows that BRSK's core values are focused on their customers.
Thanks to this experience I will probably keep BRSK as my ISP for as long as I live in an area they serve knowing that if I do have an issue it will be dealt with swiftly and fairly.
I would also add that not once did I have to wait on hold, or deal with an off sure call centre. Very few providers could claim the same.
Aside from dealing with that issue my service has been superb with symmetrical speeds, access to a IPv4 (for a cost) and the ability to use my own router without any middleman box in modem mode. Latency is also very good for online gaming.
