I have had BRSK for just over 6 months now. Still as happy as the day I got it. We have had one message about a possible outage but it never went off it was all fine. The support, I am super impressed with. When I have rang customer service, my call always gets answered first time, no need to wait in a queue and none of this...press 1 for... press 2 for....! I have also emailed a couple of times and received a reply swiftly, can't really ask for much more than that!.
Speed wise, I am on the highest but we use a LOT of devices. We have consoles, firesticks, laptops, home security etc all running at once and never any problem with speeds. The upload speed is phenomenal!
At the moment I know other internet providers are currently raising their prices. I used this as a get out clause last time with my previous provider. They sent me an email telling me of the price increases and in the small print it said you could cancel your contract and walk away for free instead of accepting the price increase. I highly recommend watching out for this email or just contacting them and telling them you do not want the increase if you are looking at a way to leave your contract early.
Thankfully, BRSK do not raise their prices during your contract...Big bonus.
