An ISP that actually gives what they claim to on their website. Which is more than can be said for many ISP\'s nowadays in the shocking, pathetic and backwards UK Internet world. They provide a solid connection without any traffic shaping of hidden clauses. Highly recommended.

Moved here from Metronet a couple of months ago. (See Metronet reviews to get a taste of why). I was impressed by the helpfulness and intelligence of this company. And I\'m glad I moved here.
Speed and bandwidth are not huge issues for me, and I\'m happy to pay what seems a fair and realistic price for a service I feel I can trust.
I have experienced a severe speed slowdown on one occasion. Could have been a contention ratio issue (I\'m on 50:1) but I didn\'t investigate, because it didn\'t last long.

I have the 1Mbps service. Early this year, speed became eratic and then very poor (lowest 30 kbps!). My complaint got, as always, an instant intelligent reply, i.e. a problem with a BT central pipe, which was being worked on. I did some tests for icuk to pass on to BT. 3 days later I was told that BT had done a massive upgrade. Since then, I\'ve done 20 spot checks. 17 were above 900 kbps, the others 841, 885, 896 kbps. I\'m now delighted with the service and all thoughts of changing supplier are abandonned!

Title: FANTASTIC
What can i say, i changed from a differnet provider which was more expensive and can\\\'t believe the difference. This company knows how to treat customers. I have to wait no more than 10 mins for a reply to emails sent to support(couldn\\\'t believe it)

They go that extra yard...no mile to make my life easier.
Anyone looking for an excellent hosting company look no further

I was with (shi)tiscalli . This is why ICUK are FAB
1. No hidden catches. What you see is what you get.
2. 24/7 unlimted access, i use P2P no problems.
3. I have a 1MB account, I get this speed 24/7
4. Customer Service is off the scale. My calls have been answered straight away, I have always spoken to a friendly, understandable person who really knows their stuff and has answered my questions straight away. Really first class.
5. Monthly contract. I even missed a payment and the way they handled this was awesome. OK its ?25/month for 1MB but the whole service rocks.
Remember cheap+fast=crap. Pay peanuts get monkies. Use ICUK :)

I moved to ICUK ADSL from the dreadful Eclipse after reading the good reviews on here and CiX conferencing. Instantly I noticed the difference, from the consistently low latency to the 1meg connection which genuinely could download at 1meg speeds.

I chose the option of two static IP addresses, and unlike other ISPs which force you to use the first static address on your router, ICUK give you one static address for your router plus two usable addresses in a different range for your servers so you can keep your NAT and non-NAT traffic apart.

The support given in setting up my router was first class and the service is recommended.

I moved to ICUK following a torrid time with Plusnet, and prior to this the cowboys at V21. I have now learnt that it is worth spending some time and choosing your ISP wisely. ICUK are not the cheapest, but they are worth it. I have called them 4 times, each time answered instantly, and sent them an email today - Sunday, and got a complete, helpful, and honest answer within 10 minutes!!! I\'ve never known another ISP, let alone another company like this. Speeds are high for my gaming needs!

Add to this a really simple and useful control panel to manage the account and invoices, and I\'m very pleased! Am happy to recommend this ISP
