Have been a domestic IDNET customer for many years and have always been pleased with the service in every respect.

City Fibre full fibre installation gave me the opportunity to find out how they were with a good internet connection and service change - no issues at all - smooth.

I am a long time customer (circa 20 years) of Idnet. I moved from Hampshire to Rutland 10 years ago and the transfer was seamless. Any issues I have had, albeit very few, have all been at my end and promptly fixed following advice from Idnet support engineers based in this country!! My service is fast and consistent. Reliable service is very important to me and I receive that from Idnet. I would anticipate that their pricing is competitive but while I am in receipt of the level of service and support I currently enjoy I have no intention of looking elsewhere.

I have been a customer of IDNet for fourteen years. On the few occasions I have needed to contact their support team my query or technical issue has always been dealt with promptly and professionally.

IDNet is not the cheapest option but the small premium I pay gives me a reliable & steady connection, a short-term contract and peace of mind.

I have had such dreadful experiences with a big provider, over many years, and am so happy to have moved to IDNet. They are on the customer's side, and do not think that all customers are a nuisance. Any problems I have had, have related to external hardware, and IDNet have ensured that they have been resolved rapidly.

When I moved to my new home back in November 2022, I considered which broadband provider to go for very carefully. I decided very quickly, that I did not want to follow the normal march down the road of the well know, go-to providers. Their average reviews were always abysmal. I had used iDNET nearly 20 years ago and remember my experience with them as being very good. iDNET's pricing was competetive and was on a monthly rolling contract by default.
Since establisihning my connection, I have never had a single issue - no downtime, no drop in speed (in fact the speed is always higher than nominal). It was literally set it and forget it.
I'm likely to be moving again and will use iDNET at my new property without a shadow of doubt.
I am a software engineer by career and a bit of a nurd in my spare time - I run web servers for my own use, backeknd APIs on a home server, so I find the static IP address really useful! I also implement IPv6 and iDNET magically issued a /64 subnet - again very useful to me and shows they're on top of their game and the world shortage of IPv4 addresses.

Best ISP I've ever used and I've used a few. Been an IT engineer for over 30 years and these are without doubt the best ISP I've used.

Always responsive, always helpful, always reliable and don't read from scripts.

I agree that they aren't cheapest but you get what you pay for. Good service costs a little extra.

Amazing experience throughout the whole setting up process. The folks over at IDNet are so nice and helpful: they kept me updated on what was going on in the background while I waited for everything to be up and running.
Every time I called asking for help they were always going above and beyond to help me out.
As for the speeds, it is simply impressive. I have never had anything this good ever. Other major Internet Service Providers were giving me speeds of 30-60 mbps but with IDNet (while plugged in with ethernet (CAT5E), wirelessly you still get 150-200+ mbps which is still mindblowing), I easily get 800+ mbps, YES! 800+ mbps, even with multiple devices connected it doesn't slow down at all!
I would recommend IDNet to anyone out there. Simply amazing, thank you so much IDNet :)

Since switching to IDNet we have only experienced fantastic connection, night or day. Random speed tests have never fluctuated from excellent.

We have also not encountered any tech issues that customer services have had to deal with within these three years, but when I have contacted them it was due to a admin failure my end! The team were professional, polite and friendly when dealing with me.

Keep it up IDNet!

Was fine for almost 4years, however, what seemed to me as congestion was not even considered by Idnet slow inconsistent line between 17.00 and 21.00 for weeks, so left to remedy the new provider with different backhaul has me back where my line should be .
