I very rarely write reviews but was compelled to give an honest appraisal for the service I have received from Quantum. Having changed from BT due to them not offering full high speed fibre I was struggling to achieve a good signal throughout the house. I was able to speak directly to admin almost immediately on several occasions (no queue's or 10001 options to choose from). Chloe was fantastic and kept me fully informed, Richard the engineer was faultless and very accommodating. Needless to say my broadband is now running perfectly.
I cannot praise them enough, its refreshing to have a local company that actually cares.
I would highly recommend them to all.
