I Had beed with Talk Talk for many years, and lately I always had problems with their support and services.

The guys dont even understand what they are talking about themselves, I was without broadband for a couple of days when it was most needed especially when I do some surgery at home!

and talktalk didnt even give me notice or any update at all and when i kept phoning them they put me through to 10 different departments and wasnt helping at all they didnt care they kept talking about a problem with one of their dns servers were down.

and should be resolved shortly but 2 days went passed and when the service came back it was just to slooooow, other thing is that if you want to change anything on your bill e.g name, surname, or company name as such then think again because they just cant do it for some reason, although they will tell you that its done but wait untill you receive your next bill because its not done!

so i found ot that I was going round in cirles with talktalk.

then I done a little research and found Webloop Telecom I realised that they are only a new company but seems like they know a lot about the business, when I gave them a call they were very friendly and helpful and helped me with the process to transfer my phone and broadbnd to them and received my firt bill and the service I am getting is just what I would expect from a Telecom Company.
