My company rented an office in a new development, and BT spectacularly messed up installing phone lines. After five months, they finally managed to get some in.
Not having much faith in BT, we went for AAISP's Office::1 for the redundancy and the renowned ability of AAISP's support staff to deal with BT.
This turned out to be a seriously good choice. The phone lines had such long cables and hilariously bad wiring, they regularly cut out. But Office::1 works exactly as advertised, and we didn't notice the connections coming and going all day.
Of course, AAISP did notice, with their detailed stats through "Constant Quality Monitoring", and with remorseless efficiency, got BT to sort out their shocking poor attempt at providing working cables.
Besides BT, AAISP's support staff also had to deal with my demands for more upload bandwidth. They were totally up for optimising the connection, and with a load of effort, managed to get over twice as much upload despite everything being stacked against them.
It may not be the cheapest internet connection, but if you really need it to work, and work well, it's absolutely the best value.
I have switched my home connection to AAISP.
