First support agent talked rubbish and patronised me for an hour. Other agents much better but after 2 weeks network staff said they couldn't fix it. After much chasing I found out it was the other end's fault and forced them to fix it, but I think really good support would have done the research and given me the ammunition.PRICE keeps me with O2.
