I recently asked ICUK to sign us up to their Option 5 £25 per month service, and I'm getting 13Mb down and 1Mb up.
At times, the line drops for a few seconds, and then returns immediately afterwards, but this was the case with our previous providers, so it's probably the line rather than the provider.
I signed up to ICUK following the positive reviews here, and I haven't been disapointed. I have spoken to Mark, Niall and I think Paul on their support desk and all have been helpful setting up my email and Netgear router, pointing out that a firmware upgrade would improve performance and general help and advice on the service.
I noticed webafella's review has changed about three or four times here, and he's reviewed other providers, too. I have to say his current rant is not my experience, so I suspect he/she is a bit of a loony.
I have sinced signed up a neighbour and ICUK seem to be heading them in the right direction.
