I've only previously used the usual suspects when it comes to Broadband, so using Aquiss really was like a breath of fresh air. I moved house and broadband provider and inherited a bespoke wired broadband configuration + plates of ethernet spaghetti all over the shop that wasn't working. This was sorted out really promptly by Aquiss. They somehow got BT Openreach to visit the property the next day (Saturday) to sort out the line synchronisation and also spotted the mistake I was making changing the name on the router. During this process it was obvious that I was dealing with people who knew what they were talking about and not some poor sod in a call centre reading from a script. I dread to think how many lines of support I would have gone through with Plusnet et al to get this sorted plus all the phone time and stress this would have entailed.
