Until last week I had been enjoying a completely faultless service. This was until Bt decided to cut my phone line off as I wanted a different service because I now use sykpe.
As I soon learnt my broadband went with it too as Bt changed my account number and phone number. The chaps helped me with a conference call to Bt to explain what happened and what costs I would be facing due to their mistake which Bt agreed to send me a cheque for.
The chaps were great at doing all they could to get my sevice back on within 3 days and allowed me time to claim my costs back from Bt for all the issues caused. I rely on the internet to keep in touch with my family because I am house bound and have very limited mobility so was helpless without.
I cannot praise the chaps on support enough. They pushed Bt to get my service restored and got me a free router sent out, already setup which was a god send. Thank you once again, it is nice to be able to stay in touch once more.
