Title: Friendly and helpful support
I’ve been at Home Telecoms for 2 years and during this time I’ve only had 1 issue which was to do with the router. When I phoned the support team the staff memeber who picked up the phone was polite, friendly and guided me through exactly how to fix the router. With the issue being resolved promptly over the phone, i’m very happy with the service I’ve recieved!
