We recently moved into an area where BT couldn't provide service faster than 11Mbps. We were told about Vispa on our community WhatsApp group as they had installed their own cables.
We contacted Vispa, signed up-to their 900M package, and low and behold, their engineers turned up the very next day. The installation was simple, and we seem to be getting 850M consistently on a speed test.
Very happy customer, and great to support a local business.
