At time of writing 50Mbps is £20 and 150Mbps is £25 per month, making the latter superb value. They offer 1Gbps but the kit they send you can work up to 10Gbps so they have decided to do things properly with a single slim bidirectional fibre through the wall into a compact white faceplate with Angle Polished connectors (the most reliable) and a service that gives you the full speed up as well as down (compared to ADSL or Virgin, who give you 6Mbps up with 100Mbps down!)
The installer who visited came back very soon out of hours when the initial install was unable to activate because mine was the first flat to bring online in this building and was friendly and helpful, as well as the support staff who answer the phone.
1 millisecond avg ping to Google and a reliable service have meant that I have not looked back since abandoning BT (purely due to pricing) and then Virgin because they suck in nearly every way - including their cable modem being a detectable source of EMI/RFI, which the Community Fibre kit doesn't come close to matching, partly due to optical fibre being essentially a non-conductor of electricity.
Shame it's only available in London at time of writing and one day they'll probably get bought by some venture capital nasty and go downhill, but for now I get service that is very hard to complain about!
