Well as seems to be the pattern with most ISPs, they do excellent work to get to the tops of the charts and then presumably have more business than they can cope with and plummet into the depths.
I have already seem it with Nildram, then Titan and now Xilo seem to be en route. What started as a highly responsive customer service now takes 4 day to look at the most obvious problem and does nothing about it. The more difficult problems are just deleted off the system when they get old enough.
Maybe it about time to choose an already appalling ISP on the grounds that they could get better ?
