These guys have been great. I have recently moved flat which requires setting up a lot of utilities and other services and from a customer service and ease of use point of view, XILO are the rare exception. Everything has been handled brilliantly and my broadband has performed faultlessly and to specification. One fault, caused by a conflicting Sky TV installation was also remedied quickly thanks to some expert advice from Matt at XILO. From my experience with Sky, Im positive this would have been eye scratchingly labourious for them to sort out!
Full marks XILO and I recommend this company to to all my friends looking to switch services as well as those looking for an ISP.
