I changed to Supernet because of poor customer service from my previous supplier - this has been the biggest mistake I ever made because Supernet do NOT provide any kind of acceptable service. Both the 5G and 2.4G connections drop with such frequency as to make the Internet unusable.
Because of these useless intermittent connections to my house, I have resorted to using data from my smartphone as the ONLY way to access the Internet with any kind of reliability. A Speed test run a couple of minutes ago shows 6.31 Mbps download and 3.80 Mbps upload, which frankly is totally unacceptable!
I would kick Supernet into touch at the drop of a hat if I could get out of the contract without having to pay "blood money" to bribe them to end the contract! What a useless company they appear to be by taking money without providing an acceptable service. STAY CLEAR OF THEM as they are totally USELESS as a service provider!
I am writing this at 5am as it is the only time of day that I can use Supernet for more than a few minute before the connection drops again.
How can I get out of this Contract without having to bribe them?
