I've been with Andrews & Arnold for about fifteen years now, and I've always found them to be a great ISP. Their control / status pages are especially good, showing a history of bandwidth use, latency and any outages. On one occasion, I had a new line with copper pair service which had some initial installation issues, and A&A were very good at working with Openreach to resolve these.

I recently switched my A&A service over from using Openreach VDSL to Cityfibre's FTTP, and I'm very happy so far, as it's quite a lot cheaper and I get better bandwidth.

Although we also have Virgin Media at our house (for the high bandwidth), I use A&A so that I can work remotely with complete peace of mind.
