Title: Proper but part-time ISP
Technically probably the most competent in the UK, but beware that outside their office hours technical support is only available by internet (bad if you've lost your only connection!) and then only if they happen to be around (which they often are).
But you will probably get the best quality internet service available on your line by using them.
