I joined EE for the new iphone and while I love the phone, the customer service is poor. I had a complaint about their service after some scammer charged fees to my account from a fake facebook link. The advisor repeatedly insisted I had ordered or agreed to something, but i didn't. I had to speak to three people to get it sorted and get a block put on the scam charges. hopefully, I'll remember all this when my contract is up, which is currently AGES away :(
