After poor speed and performance for the first week during the training period, speeds have increased to 4.5MB on my up to 8MB line and are now steady at all times of the day. As I live at the furthest reaches of my BT exchange, this is the best speed I can get, and better than most other ISPs have given me.
Am still experiencing occasional browsing lag, but Support have been very helpful in sorting out problems.
A good ISP if you can stay within 20GB a month peak usage on the standard package.
