Been with CIX (formerly ICUK) for 14 (almost 15) years now and they by far the best ISP in the UK as far as I'm concerned. From the early days of ADSL right through to FTTP they have been consistently brilliant in quality of service and support. I've always had very polite, knowledgeable and helpful responses whether via email or on the phone. Any problems have always been down to the noisy and creaky old rural BT copper phone line but CIX have always been on the case getting engineers out to fix it over the years.

Upgraded to FTTP today and speeds are fantastic with steady throughput so far, 220Mbits/sec down and 30Mbits/sec up.

The pricing is great and they offer VoIP services too.

You honestly can't go wrong with CIX in my experience!

I've been with ICUK since 2011 and can honestly say they're a brilliant provider. Never had any major problems, speed has always been good and consistent, ping perfectly acceptable for gaming, downtimes are very infrequent and most likely for maintenance so nothing to complain about.

Support is excellent, friendly and prompt.

Oh yeah and loyalty pays off with cheaper bills and unlimited downloads so that's fantastic.

Switching my line rental over to them because cheaper than BT.
