I was with freeserve....fine, which became Wanadoo....fine, which became Orange....OH My Goodness!! I cannot imagine an internet service worse than this one. No connection for days at a time on several occasions. I can\'t tell you how many hours I\'ve spent on the phone to customer services. Sometimes I call and they can\'t access my details because their system is down. Once they said I needed a new modem which they said would take 5 working days. I waited the 5 days (with no internet connection) but no modem. I phoned and they had no record of a modem being sent and told me to wait another 5 working days. This is just one example of many.
