I am on Titan's 8Mbps service - no LLU on my exchange. Originally signed up with Titan when they were in ISPreview's top 10. This was well-deserved as they were great in all areas. They then dropped Entanet as their underlying provider and moved me to Vispa. Since then, latency is awful with some sites just failing to load. I've given it 3 months hoping it might settle - it hasn't. Emailed Titan for MAC - no response. Emailed Vispa for MAC and they suggested I move to their 'own service'. Having been double charged twice by Vispa in the last 3 months, I declined. I see Titan have some good reviews for their unbundled service but an ISP that treats its other customers so badly does not deserve your business.
