I can\'t believe some people are actually defending plusnet - ok it has gotten \'slightly\' better since BT bought them out (imagine how bad it was before lol), but on the whole it\'s just a joke.
I am a very long standing (and suffering) plusnet customer, and like others here I found the service to be excellent at first, but it really went down hill a couple of years back. I have experienced most if not all the same problems as other reviewers mention - unrealistic caps, lost and corrupted email, huge amounts of spam since they where hacked and our account details where stolen, lack of support, p2p so slow it\'s not worth bothering.
