Title: Sad demise of a great ISP
Oh what a shame.
I\\'ve been a happy user of Metronet for a couple of years, their bare bones, no frills service suited me down to the ground as did their then unique pay as you go pricing.
However, since Plusnet's takeover, things have gone downhill. I was expecting some disruption but I also expected to be notified about it and for the help desk to acknowledge it.
Anyone know a good ISP?
