I agree with greg. If you look at the reviews prior to November \'05, nearly all 8\'s, 9\'s and 10\'s. If you look at them from Dec. till now, with the exception of m.o.a.b., nearly all 1\'s and 2\'s. You don\'t need to be a genius to work it out. I\'ve just had a disconnection while writing this! Get it all the time. They changed my username without telling me. They just do not care! Been with metronet for over 14 months. Absolutely brilliant. Did not phone support once. Plusnet 2 months, can\'t get hold of any support! Will now migrate to Zen, newNet, firenet or namesco. Assuming I can get hold of a MAC!
