There seems to be quite a few recent bad reviews for PlusNet, and I think I can understand why, based upon my experience. They now have catchall "fair use" exclusions carefully disguised within their T&Cs - be careful doing any downloading or hosting with this one. You can easily find other ISPs willing to take your money that are much more tolerant of how you use the net.

It is a big shame that this once top shop has gone so far downhill, and can no longer compete with other more customer-focused ISPs.
