Title: features with bad service
Plusnet is relatively cheap, but you get what you paid for.
They offer many features and services, such as PHP hosting on a CGI platform, which is down most the time. And a 250MB webspace, which they keep suspending it, claiming that you abused their bandwidth quota even if it was not used. If you complain they will ignore you.
Then the speed: I am on 2MB connection with premier account, yet it took me 20min just to write these few line.
