I have REPEATEDLY experienced poor support, customer service and unhelpfull, disinterested responses from my isp - Plus Net
Recently they charged me unexpectedly for upgrading my broadband product with them after stating that thier would be no charge for the upgrade, then they changed the date of my monthly payments again unannounced.
The support recieved is woefully inadequate and on response to a question was not understandable at all and upon questioning their response I was told \"I do not know what my collegue was on about either...\" How useful. But any appology - no.
Service and response is very poor but they don\'t seem to care!
