PlusNet has had a bad two years. I have been with them from their start (1994?) and with my changing needs, review moving annually, but I\'ve always stayed.With shoddy new pipeline provision from BT and poor software from the vendor for their upgraded equipment, they had a lot of service problems last year. I suffered through it, too! But they kept up their unmatched transparent reporting, and the response to phone and online problem reports was amazing. They DID ask people to wait to call in the worst outages, so that engineers could fix the problem, not answer the phone!I\'m likely to stop next year, and see what new owners BT do.
