I have been with PN for 2.5 years, I have moved house once during this time and the swap over was seamless. I have experienced one outage and this was due to a BT fault, not PN. Yes they have changed their packages a few times but I have been satisfied throughout. If users have taken the time to read PN\'s conditions when the have changed things then they would have understood them.
Like all ISP\'s PN do apply network rules and if you take the p*ss then you\'ll be restricted, but if you abide by the rules then your service is second to none. I have recommended PN to 4-5 friend who are all happy, and I get a nice discount :-)
