We\'ve been with PlusNet for about 4 years, first with dialup and then broadband. Brilliant help setting up our router (not supplied by PN!) and have found their service & support to be absolutely fine for a \'regular\' home internet user. We\'ve not faced any limits but we do stick to the 10GB allowance - if you\'re a serious high-end user then this might not be the right ISP for you. HOWEVER, where has the phone support gone? - can\'t find the local rate phone number and they now seem to rely on e-mail support. Sometimes need to talk to someone! Also, e-mail doesn\'t seem available if you try to send/receive from non-PN internet access!
