Many is the time I was proud of my long term ISP PlusNet being well within the top 5 or 10.
This is no longer the case. Shocking and shameful.
My problems range from complete loss of email storage (IMAP) whilst we were in the process of reducing storage, at their request, unreliable service, poor or no customer support, no reply to message, loss of broadband for 3 days because they had cut me off due to a dispute that was in resolution and was only delayed because of their shabby, slow and incorrect advice.
All the negative posts are correct.
I have been with plusnet/f9 for over 10 years. I now have to take my MAC and go.
