I joined Plus Net 12 months ago, wanting a capless high speed service for gaming. I was pleased for six months. After that, it became a terribly unfunny joke.
Firstly, they changed my package to a capped service, offering a speed upgrade that NEVER gets to even half the promised speed. My connection drops every 2 minutes. The customer service level is terrible, and incompetent. Now I want to cancel my contract at the end of its term, they want to charge me ?70 for two cable splitters!! If you sign up to PlusNet, you are mad!!
