I have been a( very satisfied )plus net subscriber for 3 years,they have consistently upgraded speeds and offered cheaper deals,without promting. UNTIL NOW
The company seems in complete meltdown at present. The current upgrade program seems to have left many users without a broadband line for weeks on end,I am fast heading for a month.
Customer services is non existent and i have now almost given up looking at my open question for any update, as it seems to take them at least a week to do anything, which usually ends up with a referal to another department, who then also do nothing.
I have made a complaint to CISAS,beware this ISP
