Title: Total crap
I used to be on Nildram which gave me no problems whatsoever in the 3 years I was with them. I\'ve moved house and my brother\'s using Plusnet here, he said he wants to change ISP and I now know why.
The line drops constantly, it really is a joke. Gaming is totally pointless, ping times are so unstable it\'s better to be on a 56k modem. Half the time my ping is 700ms!!!
How he\'s put up with this for so long I don\'t know. All i know is we won\'t be using this for much longer.
