Title: Avoid
I just left Tiscali/Talk Talk after several years. When working, it worked...but any problems - hopeless. One E mail recently was replied to after a week, and answered a different question to mine! Now the price has gone from £13 to £20 for no better service so I've left. What a pleasure to never again here those voice menus on the customer service line!!
