I signed up for 1Mbps - when they gave me 500Kbps I contacted them and instead of apologising for their mistake they insisted I had to upgrade!!
My speeds have never been over 800Kbps, and usually 200-400Kbps sustained (i\'ve checked over 30 times in the last year). They\'ve done nothing to improve this over the 12 months.
I\'ve been trying to disconnect for the last 6 weeks and they\'re just ignoring everything - email, web disconnection forms, 1hr customer service calls. Told twice I\'ll receive a MAC code and disconnection date - still waiting 4 weeks later.
Definitely not worth the money or hassle. Don\'t be fooled by the prices
