For such a big company it is shameful they provide such a poor service. The free broadband is clearly a badly planned, headline grabbing exercise. Yes, you do save money but you could also save money by cancelling your broadband service which is essentially the same as switching to TalkTalk. For an advertised \'upto\' 8meg broadband I have just achieved a speed test result of 123Kbps download (out of a guide speed of 7600Kbps for normal 8meg). That\'s 2% the speed of a normal 8meg line. Filesharing restrictions are ridiculous as you don\'t want 8meg broadband to load the BBC website 10ms faster(although that did take me 30 seconds this morning)
