I have to give XILO top marks so far.

I recently moved home, BT were going to charge me a fortune to get a line installed. Being with XILO made things cheaper, much cheaper. The engineer arrived at 1pm on the dot when I was quoted 1-6pm and the work was all done quite quickly.
My line was tested and I was up and running within a couple of hours. Much better than the 2 week drawn out process I've experienced in the past.

Again, this is top notch, these guys are much cheaper than BT, I don't get traffic shaping and benefit from a static IP.
