I've been with Xilo for many years and sadly today, I have had to leave.
The reason I'm leaving is my own impatience.
From day 1, Xilo has always been at the end of the phone to help and advise way beyond basic ISP stuff.
My line, was creeping along at 1mb when I joined and they managed to get it up to 2.5mb not much, but believe me, it meant the world.
I have to move because BT is selling their Fibre packages at a loss and resellers cant compete with their unlimited packages, (even though through traffic shaping, they're not really unlimited).
I cannot recommend Xilo enough. Brilliant value, great customer service and as soon as they start LLU-ing a fibre product, I'll be back!
