Title: Worth the bit extra
Not the cheapest, but worth the extra in my view. Line speed always maintained - fixed 1Mb (rural area far from the exchange)with no download limits. Excellent, friendly, helpful sales and support. Very few problems, always fixed quickly, so far always by the first person to answer the phone (never been passed from pillar to post). Most recently; speedy response to request to upgrade service (
