I was charged a line install I didn't need (the technician arrived to find a line already in place) and it took an unanswered email, multiple phone calls, and a lot of repeating the same information to two different reps to have Zen Internet spontaneously decide they weren't going to refund the charge - or even offer some token service gesture for all the hassle.
I wouldn't even mind so much if it weren't for the run around I was given and the amount of time I had to spend repeating the same information. In the end, I might as well have been talking to Virgin or any other large ISP.
I chose Zen because I thought a smaller ISP would have better customer service than the big providers but this is definitely not the case.
I'm seeing a lot of billboards right now for BT's '6 months free broadband promotion with cheap calls' and I'm really regretting having gone with Zen.
