Title: IDNET - Solid performance, great support
I moved to IDNET two years ago having previously been a Virgin Media customer. The difference is VERY noticeable.
Its clear to me IDNET are fully committed to excellent quality of service and great support backup (which is rarely needed).
My broadband service is consistently fast and reliable.
