Moved in mid December into new property at tail end of new development in Cambridge. Sales team gave a range of providers and I used reviews to go for STL. Very happy I did...the Fibre termination device cabled to the Cat6 in house and TV was a doddle to hook up to their router which arrived 2 days after online ordering. No more than 5mins after plugging in, connecting router to Fibre and we were up and running. One dip in service had me call customer support which was quick to respond, knew everything about the install and could see the issue and resolved on the call. I've since had zero outage, stability and speeds are great (80-90% of advertised maximums for the package we have) Very pleased with the service and while it's markedly more expensive than advertised services from Virgin or BT I'll pay that premium for stability and rock solid speeds
