I am in a household that has had this WiFi for more than a year we cannot leave as of cabling reasons but everything to do with it is appalling

The router they sent me did not work, they sent me a replacement router "Next day" 5 days ago and it still has not arrived. Every time I ask them about it they say it will be delivered the next day and then do not deliver it. Takes 35 minutes to get through to them on the phone and then they accidentally hung up while trying to transfer me to a manager. I would not recommend them as a provider.

Moved in mid December into new property at tail end of new development in Cambridge. Sales team gave a range of providers and I used reviews to go for STL. Very happy I did...the Fibre termination device cabled to the Cat6 in house and TV was a doddle to hook up to their router which arrived 2 days after online ordering. No more than 5mins after plugging in, connecting router to Fibre and we were up and running. One dip in service had me call customer support which was quick to respond, knew everything about the install and could see the issue and resolved on the call. I've since had zero outage, stability and speeds are great (80-90% of advertised maximums for the package we have) Very pleased with the service and while it's markedly more expensive than advertised services from Virgin or BT I'll pay that premium for stability and rock solid speeds

I have been with Seethelight since June '17 they are one of four providers available on our new build estate but offered the best speed vs price.

I have had a number of providers over the years and can honestly say i've never been happy with my service for an extended period of time, until now.

Since June 17 I can count the amount of downtime in minutes on one hand, the speed is always fantastic and I would consider my usage to be relatively intensive.

The provided router gives the entire house coverage without issue and we have hosted a number of LAN events where 5 or 6 pc's are all connected to the router without issue or any impact to service.

All in all I couldn't be happier with Seethelight and think that the £57 I pay for 360Mbps service is more than justified, I have no issue paying good money for a good return.

I will not be looking for another provider for the foreseeable future and hope that my good fortune thus far continues.

With see the light I have had a mixed view on how I wish to review them.

For Speed, absolulely top notch. I am getting the Full Promised 50 Mbps down and 10 Mbps Up.

As for value, after comparing to other offerings, I am amazed at how much we get for so little, £8.68 per month Network, plus £11.74 Line Rental. However what annoys me is that I have no choice for service providers and that the voice service is mandatory if I wish to get the speed. If I choose no voice service I can only get 25Mbps.

The service however is truly unlimited and I have used huge amounts of data with no complaints or throttling from the isp.

The company is however only a bandwidth provider not a full service ISP, no email, webspace etc provided. But with bandwidth like this who needs webspace, you can host anything you want on your own box.

Tech support only 9-5 afterhours only very basic tech support. But daytime tech support will help you tweak settings provide you the PPPOE passwords to allow direct machine connections etc...

All in all, I suggest that this ISP is a quality player that provides excellent value for money.
