INCOMPETENT LIERS.
I’ve never given anyone bad review before, but this time I wish I could give zero stars.
I am still waiting for broadband to start, it’s been a couple of weeks, they keep giving us different dates extending the amount of time we have to wait without any reason as why it’s not working. Me and hubby are working from home using up all our mobile data, this has made our move so much more stressful and we are utterly fed up. I’ve lost all my respect for John Lewis and I want everyone to know how horrible their service is. Please never use this broadband company, it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life and will never use them or trust them again.
