I was watching toob for a while as they expanded over Southampton. They offered speed much faster than Virgin (the next fastest competitor) at lower cost than any other provider for any speed £25/m. Once my Virgin Contract expired I booked in toob. They have an 18 month minimum contract for the £25/m plan which you can cancel with no additional cost if you move and they can't provide service there (or £33 rolling). Perfect.

Installation was done, speed was fast. Getting ~950mb over a good quality ethernet cable. When I had an issue (a small issue) I called up and got through to someone lightning fast, they said they would have a resolution with an amount of time, all fixed, they even called me after to confirm things were fixed. Fantastic customer service. When theres downtime I get notified weeks in advance and it all goes smoothly.

If you are considering going with toob, do it, it is fantastic.
