I am a long time customer (circa 20 years) of Idnet. I moved from Hampshire to Rutland 10 years ago and the transfer was seamless. Any issues I have had, albeit very few, have all been at my end and promptly fixed following advice from Idnet support engineers based in this country!! My service is fast and consistent. Reliable service is very important to me and I receive that from Idnet. I would anticipate that their pricing is competitive but while I am in receipt of the level of service and support I currently enjoy I have no intention of looking elsewhere.
